Lisa joined the COHE team as a Health Services Coordinator in March 2009. She previously worked in workers' compensation for the State of Idaho Industrial Commission, and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in Spokane and the Tri-Cities. She also has experience from her work with State of Washington Employment Security Department. Lisa has taken the lead on some of the COHE community outreach efforts. She enjoys meeting all of the COHE providers and employers, and assisting injured workers in their efforts to get back to work.

Bethany was born and raised in the Yakima Valley. Prior to joining COHE in October 2014, she worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for over 12 years providing vocational services to the Yakima, Tri-Cities, and Wenatchee areas. Bethany is credentialed as a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS). Bethany works in our Yakima office and serves providers, employers, and injured workers in central Washington communities.
Lorrie Anne Brown
Associate of Arts, Spokane Community College
Lorrie Anne joined the COHE team in May 2012, serving as the Provider Relations Coordinator. She previously worked at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, as the Program Coordinator for the Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Program (SIMP), and as the Administrative Assistant to the Directors of Therapy Services. Lorrie Anne works in our Spokane office to help serve the providers, clinics and hospitals in Eastern Washington.
BA Behavioral Science, Northwest University
joined the COHE team in March 2017. Linda brings with her 18 years of
experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor providing vocational
services all over the State of WA. Linda spent 6 years of her growing up living
in Mexico becoming fluent in Spanish. As a result, Linda has enjoyed the
opportunity to work extensively with diverse cultures and populations including,
aging, disabled, and mental health as well as the large Hispanic population
located in the several Central WA counties where Linda will now be working as a
Health Services Coordinator in our Kennewick office. Linda is excited to be a
part of COHE serving providers, employers, and workers.

As Program Director, Ben oversees the main office in Spokane, as well as offices in Yakima, Kennewick and Wenatchee. He provides leadership in all aspects of business development, strategic planning for expansion efforts, and daily operational and financial oversight for COHE. Before joining COHE in August 2012, he worked for a non-profit trade association, covering a 5-state territory as its Business Manager. His experience included running the association's Retrospective Rating (Retro) group.

Kari joined the COHE team in 2010 as a
Health Services Coordinator
for Yakima and the surrounding area. She was promoted to Health Services Coordinator Supervisor in 2016. She previously worked with Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics as a Safety Coordinator over the Environment of Care for all of the YVFWC facilities. Kari's responsibilities include serving providers, employers and workers in Yakima County and the central part of Washington State.

Pete joined the COHE team as a Health Services Coordinator in October 2011. Pete brings with him over a decade of experience working in the Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation arena as a Labor Relations Coordinator and an Absence Management Coordinator in both the construction and healthcare industries. Pete is located in COHE’s East Wenatchee office and will be serving providers, employers and workers in the North Central Washington region.
Chaylee (Chay) Piger
BA Interdisciplinary Studies, Eastern Washington University
Chay was born and raised
in Spokane Valley, WA. Prior to joining COHE's Spokane office, Chay specialized
in a variety of patient care coordination positions. Her
clinical and administrative experience gives her a unique prospective and skill
level on what it takes to assist and coordinate injured workers, providers and
employers through the successful steps of care coordination and a return-to-work
plan. Chay is passionate about serving the health care community of Eastern
Washington. She enjoys spending time volunteering for non-profits, spending time
with her family and participating in running events throughout the

was born in Central America and raised in Los Angeles, California. Prior to
joining the COHE team in March 2016, Carmen worked as a Bilingual Customer
Service Specialist for Labor and Industries for 3 and half years and prior to
that served as the Administrative Assistant for the Adult Basic Education
Department at Wenatchee Valley College. Carmen is located in the Wenatchee
office and enjoys helping injured workers, providers and employers strive for
the best experience throughout the claim process.

Kellie was born and raised in Spokane Washington.
Prior to joining the COHE team in March 2015, Kellie worked as a manager for a family medical practice for 4 years.
Additional experience includes social work, supervision in a specialty practice, and managing the Health Information and Credentialing Department at St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute.
Kellie is located in the Spokane office and is passionate about serving the community by assisting providers, employers, and workers in the Spokane area.

Kathy joined the COHE team in December 2011, previously working for the INHS Foundation. Native to Inland Northwest. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, office management and grant writing with a great eye for detail, organization, evaluative development and implementation of best practices within the department she supports. She looks forward to providing superior customer service to all clients, health care providers and business served through the Center of Occupational Health & Education.
